A family of four with two young children, including a newborn baby, and an elderly couple are among the 10 people who are confirmed to have died in a deadly blaze that consumed a block of flats in Valencia last night. Firefighters and police, currently on the fourth floor of the 14-storey block of flats, slowly made their way up the apartment block in the upmarket Campanar neighbourhood of Valencia and have confirmed that ten is the final death toll of the deadly blaze.
